If you feel that you have not been able to access Metro District facilities, services or programs because of an accessibility issue, or have been discriminated against based on your disability, please submit a grievance using the following form.

Our accessibility officer or designated staff member will reply acknowledging receipt of the grievance within 2-3 business days. The issue will be investigated, and follow-up contact will be made within 14 days of receipt to discuss the issue and possible resolutions.
