The Metro District manages 26 public parks and four dog parks in our community. From the popular neighborhood parks nestled around Highlands Ranch to the larger community parks that feature diverse amenities, there are locations for all outdoor interests.

Reservations are available for picnic shelters within our parks. Learn more about park facility reservations and fees.

 

Civic Green Park Map 

Please note that dogs are not allowed at Civic Green Park, except on the soft-surface trails on the east side of the park behind the stage.

Also, people riding bicycles to Civic Green Park must dismount their bicycles when arriving to the park.

Shelters

  • Case Pavilion – accommodates 100+ people
  • Garden and Overlook Shelters – accommodates up to 40 people/ea.

Splash Pad Fountains

Currently, only the upper fountains and stream at Civic Green Park are turned on.

  • ON: Overlook stream and fountains (closest to the playground) - run 24 hours a day from mid-April to mid-October, weather dependent
  • Turned OFF for the season Sept. 23: Interactive plaza fountains (in front of the pavilion stage), run 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from mid-May to mid-September, weather and special event dependent
