Open Records Policy
To make an open records request, please contact General Manager Stephanie Stanley at sstanley@highlandsranch.org.
There is no charge for the first hour of staff time used to fulfill an open records request. For subsequent time required, the standard charge for fulfilling an open records request shall be the maximum allowed by state law, currently $41.37 per staff hour.
