The Highlands Ranch Metro District hosts a variety of community events throughout the year. Whether you’re looking to volunteer at Renew the Ranch, celebrate summer at the Ice Cream Social or honor local veterans, there is something for everyone in Highlands Ranch this year.

Vendors
The Metro District invites vendors to participate at three of its community events:
- KidFest
- Ice Cream Social
- Holiday Celebration
Nonprofit organizations, local businesses and community partners are encouraged to participate. Holiday Celebration at the Mansion is the only event we welcome gift vendors.

Vendor applications for the 2025 KidFest and Ice Cream Social will be available early next year.
Holiday Celebration at the Mansion
We are currently accepting applications for artisans/crafters, nonprofit and business vendors for the 2024 Holiday Celebration at the Mansion. The event will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Highlands Ranch Mansion, 9950 E. Gateway Drive.

Volunteer
The Metro District relies on volunteers at almost every event we present. Choose from events like KidFest where you can help run games; the Ice Cream Social where you can help serve ice cream or snow cones to guests; or Kids' Fishing Day where you can assist young anglers.
Volunteer opportunities are a great avenue for Scout troops, civic organizations, individuals and church groups to learn more about the community. Our events wouldn’t take place without the help of the many volunteers who assist us each year.
The Highlands Ranch Metro District posts opportunities on our volunteer portal, Helper Helper. New opportunities will be posted as they become available.
