The Board of Directors will consider a number of subjects included in the agenda below. The upcoming board agenda will be posted no less than 24 hours prior to each meeting. Minutes from monthly Metro District board meetings will be available on this site after board approval.

Want to provide feedback or suggestions to the elected officials charged with your local government? It is as easy as attending a board meeting or sending an email to metroboard@highlandsranch.org.

The board meets twice a month with two opportunities at each meeting for public comment on any topic. Other than exceptions for holidays, board meetings are held the last Tuesday of the month and study sessions are held on Wednesday the week prior to board meetings. All meetings start at 6 p.m.

Attend in person: Most meetings are held at the Hendrick Office Building, 62 Plaza Drive. The public is invited to attend. If attending in person, please check the agenda to verify location.

Attend virtually: Meetings begin at 6 p.m., and Zoom meeting links are posted on each agenda. If you would like to make a comment during the public comment period, you may do so through the Zoom Q&A feature. People who are commenting are required to share their name and mailing address.
