A non-emergency parks or rules violation from dawn to dusk, please page a Metro District Park Ranger at 303-540-2311, or from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., please call the Metro District at 303-791-2710. After hours please call the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office at 303-660-7500.

An emergency related to residential or commercial water or sewer service, please call 303-791-2185, ext. 545, 24 hours a day. If you cannot reach someone at that number, please call 720-408-7034.

A sprinkler or landscape problem that requires immediate attention, please call the parks emergency pager at 303-415-3003, 24 hours a day. Someone should return your call within 15 minutes.
