Highlands Ranch Metro District offices, including the Highlands Ranch Mansion and Highlands Ranch Senior Center, will be closing early at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 31, in observance of New Year's Eve. We will resume normal business hours on Thursday, Jan. 2.
