Join Metro District park rangers during "The Great North American Eclipse" at Northridge Park. This event celebrates a solar eclipse, which occurs when the moon passes between the earth and the sun. Our park rangers will be near the playground from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. The partial eclipse will start around 11:25 a.m. and will peak at 12:35 p.m. Stop by to learn about this extraordinary event and fun facts about the sun, moon, and stars. 

Please bring your own solar eclipse glasses to safely observe the eclipse.
