The Highlands Ranch Metro District hosts a variety of community events throughout the year. The Metro District relies on volunteers at almost every event we offer. We appreciate the work and dedication of our volunteers and encourage you to get involved in your community. Our events wouldn’t take place without the help of the many volunteers who assist us each year.

Choose from events like KidFest or the Holiday Celebration at the Mansion where you can help run games; the Ice Cream Social where you can help serve ice cream or snow cones to guests; or Kid’s Fishing Day where you can assist young anglers.

Volunteer opportunities are a great avenue for Scout troops, civic organizations, individuals and church groups to learn more about the community.

The Metro District invites vendors to participate at three of its community events:

  • KidFest – June 9 –
  • Ice Cream Social – July 11 –
  • Holiday Celebration – Dec. 1

Non-profit organizations, local businesses and community partners are encouraged to participate in all three events. The Holiday Celebration is the only event we welcome gift vendors.

We are no longer accepting registrations for KidFest and Ice Cream Social. Both events are full.
