Explore the wisdom and playfulness of nature as we celebrate Earth Day. In this two-hour, family-friendly program we will visit the High Line Canal with camera in tow. We will search Earth’s wisdom for the natural alphabet of the Earth, take a gentle three-mile walk, and spend time in the community. This mindfulness program guarantees you will never look at nature in the same way.

This program is hosted by NamasteWorks Yoga + Wellness guides Nancy Levenson and Courtney O’Malley.
