Scars on the Land: Using Nature to Heal

Women Ages 18+

Refuel and replenish your radiance in this one day program.  If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or just experiencing a transition and want to increase joy and wellness, this workshop is for you. You will have the opportunity to release the body’s memories through somatic movement, yoga, nature walking, meditation, journey mapping and more. Nature heals itself in so many fascinating ways, you too can be inspired by nature’s healing properties and re-invigorate your own spark.

We will meet on the lush and colorful grounds of the Highlands Ranch Mansion, 9950 E. Gateway Drive. After spending our morning infused by nature, we will move indoors to  NamasteWorks Yoga studio, 8981 Stonecrest Way, for a nutritious lunch and the balance of our day’s uplifting program.
