Summer Baseball League

The Metro District’s summer baseball programs are geared towards the recreational through advanced level ball player. Our leagues focus on developing fundamentals, learning rules, game play/strategies, meeting new friends, and having fun. Volunteer coaches needed!Register Here Button

Ages 7 – 14 (age as of July 31, 2015)
Fee League fee includes a game jersey, hat and team equipment.

Registration Team Registration – Saturday, Feb. 7 through Monday, April 6.
Individual Registration – Saturday, Feb. 7 through Monday, April 6.
All program registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis or until leagues are full.
Wait lists will apply once leagues are full or after the registration deadline.
Late fees – A $15 late fee will apply after the registration deadline.
Equipment Players must provide running shoes or rubber cleats and a softball glove.

The Metro District is proud to offer skills and pitching clinics during the spring in association with Diamond Club Training.

Summer Baseball Camps

The focus of this camp will be on the five trademark tools of baseball: Hitting for average, hitting for power, running, throwing and playing defense.

Fee: Residents: $120 Nonresident: $138

Fall Competitive Baseball League

Team registration required

This is a competitive baseball league for above average to advanced teams only. Games are played on Sundays. Practices are once a week on a shared field. Season has eight games plus a single elimination tournament. Season begins the week of August 3, and games begin August 16.

Registration will begin on Monday, June 15. Team registration deadline – Monday, July 20

Team fee:  max no. of players/team: 13
 7-8 year olds  $1,500 per team
 9-14 year olds  $1,620 per team
