Registration Information

All program registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis online or by mail, fax or walk-in. Registration forms for mail, fax or walk-in can be found below. Registration as a team for youth sports leagues must be completed on a team roster form and submitted by the coach prior to individual online registration. Adult team registrations can only be completed online if you are paying the full amount. Adult teams wishing to pay a deposit fee must contact Metro District Recreation Services at 303-791-2710.

How to Register - Online Registration  

If you have registered for a Metro District program in the past, then you already have a User Name and Password that will allow you to register online.  If you have forgotten your User Name or password, you must call our office at 303-791-2710 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday to receive your information. 

Returning users - You have your assigned User Name and Password.

New users - Please review the information below to learn more about how the system works.

Getting started:   Anyone may log onto the system as a guest to browse the list of programs available for online registration. If you have never registered for a Metro District program, click here to set up an account online. (Click on the First Time or New User link at the bottom.  You will be directed to a new page where you'll click on the New User link at the top of the page.)  You will be able to register online after you receive a confirmation e-mail sent to you by the next business day.

Program availability. The Metro District's entire list of available programs is published in The Messenger newsletter four times each year and is available on this Web site. Some programs require special registration procedures that must be handled via mail or in person. For information regarding program registrations not available online, please call the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Service Center at 303-791-2710.

Paying online. Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted forms of online payment. The Metro District of Highlands Ranch uses the latest encryption technology to protect your transaction. Partial payments are not accepted. If you elect to use the online system, you must pay your entire balance at the time of registration. Your card will only be charged if you complete the transaction and receive a verification message. Be sure to print a receipt for your records.

If you do not have (or prefer not to use) a credit card, you may register in person, by fax, or mail through the Metro District Parks, Recreation and Open Space Service Center, 3280 Redstone Park Circle, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.
